The TR 2000 is a very advanced machine particulary suitable for the modern brake reconditioning of all vehicles.
Due the possibility to rotate the upper table, the taper flywheel reconditioning is allowable too. The intermittent feed in both ways eliminates the "thread" effect in accordance with the modern requirement. On behalf of an automatic adjuster the feed can variate to suit the requested finish.
The spindle speed is fully adjustable from 10 up to 120 RPM on behalf of an hydraulic speed variator, acturaed by an electronic push botton device.
In order to eliminate all vibrations the machine frame is duly ripped to increase its rigidity. The switchboard is placed in a convenient position and it holds all the controls including the digital display.
