deliver high viscosity oil and in a centeralized installation.
DELIVERY OF AIR OPERATED
OIL PUMPS
The delivery of our pumps has been obtained:
-operating the pump at 6 Bar air pressure
-using motor oil SAE 30 at room temperature(16-18C)
-In free delivery(no hose, gun or adapter have been connected
to the pump)The delivery obtain in this situation can be considered
"Indicative" as a matter of fact a pump is normally
used when hose, gun and other accessories have been connected
to it.We remind you therefore that the real delivery of a
pump always depends on the following factors:oil viscosity
and temperature, diameter and lengh of delivery hose, type
of adapters and guns used.
Example : the pump 36094(in the above described conditions-free
delivery)has a delivery of 18 litres per min.
With 10m. 1/2" hose and gun the delivery is 10 litres
per min.In the most standard working situations the average
delivery of a pump is between 14 and 8 litres per min.
DOUBLE ACTING PUMPS (pumps ratio 5:1)
A pump is considered double acting when the pumping piston
delivers a fluid during both the up and down cycles of its
stroke.
In a double acting pump the delivery is always constant and
non-pulsating
