The
Dynamic oil system cleaner, simple and easy to operate, the
Dynamic system cleaner, when used with the authorized cleaning
chemical, will remove carbon, sludge, varnish, gun and other
contaminants from the engine's oil filter port, the machine
is 12 volt powered. |

The engine's
oil is not required to be drained until after the cleaning process
has been completed. While the engine is being run at idle, the
mixture of cleaning chemical and motor oil is circulated through
the engine's entire lubricating system, including the engine
valve covers, valve train and crankcase sidewalls (all oil-wetted
surfaces). Sludge and other contaminants are removed from the
engine by the 25-micron filter that is part of the system. |

This filter
is replaced after each service is performed. An air flush system
is used to remove any leftover motor oil and cleaning solution
via the oil pan's drain plug opening. The Dynamic system cleaner
uses the engine's oil pump and an additional pump, located inside
the machine, to thoroughly clean the inside of the engine. In
addition to cleaning the oiling system, the Dynamic system cleaner
can also measure the engine's oil pump flow and oil pump pressure
via a flow metor and a presure gauge. |
